Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
All parcels are shipped with tracking to help ensure accurate delivery.
Estimated shipping time is approximately 14 days from Australia once dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Some products are sold on a pre-order basis.
Payment is taken at the time the order is placed to secure your stock.
Estimated dispatch and delivery for pre-orders is approximately 14 days from Australia.
Delivery estimates are subject to supplier and shipping delays.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.

We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Returns or refunds are available where products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on opened or used products unless required by New Zealand law.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
