What is Retatrutide?

Retatrutide is a novel tri-agonist peptide that activates GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. It works synergistically to support appetite control, improve insulin sensitivity, enhance energy expenditure, and promote healthy weight management and metabolic function.

Why tri-agonist?

By targeting three pathways (GLP-1, GIP, Glucagon), Retatrutide offers enhanced efficacy over single or dual agonists. This comprehensive approach helps regulate hunger, improve glucose metabolism, and increase fat burning.

Key Benefits

  • Promotes significant weight loss
  • Reduces appetite & food cravings
  • Improves blood sugar control & insulin sensitivity
  • Supports fat loss & lean body mass preservation
  • Enhances energy expenditure & metabolic rate
  • Supports cardiovascular & overall metabolic health

Potential Uses*

  • Weight management
  • Appetite suppression
  • Metabolic health support
  • Blood sugar regulation
  • Body composition optimization
  • Cardiovascular support
  • Energy & performance
  • Overall wellness

Reconstitution (Important)

RECONSTITUTE WITH 2 ML BAC WATER = 5 MG/ML

  • Final concentration: 10 mg in 2 mL BAC water = 5 mg/mL
  • 1 unit on a U-100 insulin syringe = 0.01 mL = 0.05 mg (50 mcg) of Retatrutide.
  1. 1Draw 2 mL of BAC water from the 10 mL vial using a sterile syringe.
  2. 2You will now have 8 mL BAC water remaining in the vial.
  3. 3Using a new sterile syringe, draw 2 mL of the BAC water from the vial and inject it into the Retatrutide 10 mg vial (the vial is too small to hold 2 mL).
  4. 4Gently swirl until the peptide is fully dissolved. Do not shake.
  5. 5Using the same syringe, draw the entire mixture (2 mL total) back into the BAC water vial. You will now have a total of 2 mL of reconstituted Retatrutide at 5 mg/mL.

How to Prepare & Inject

  1. 1Clean the vial stopper with an alcohol swab.
  2. 2Inject the BAC water into the Retatrutide vial (as described in the reconstitution steps).
  3. 3Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
  4. 4Draw the desired amount on a U-100 insulin syringe and inject subcutaneously in the evening.
  5. 5Store the vial in the refrigerator when not in use and use within 28 days.

TIP — Evening injections are ideal to support appetite control and consistent results.

Important Notes

  • For research use only. Not for human consumption.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Maintain proper storage and sterile technique.
  • Results vary by individual. Consistency is key.
  • Combine with healthy diet, training, and lifestyle for best results.

How long will it last?

At 0.5 mL (0.5 mg) per dose, 5 days per week:

LASTS APPROX. 4 WEEKS

2 mL ÷ 0.5 mL = 4 doses · 20 doses ÷ 5 days = 4 weeks
